A quick question. I used to think that wall attacks were either grounded, rising or falling, with rising and grounded be identical horizontal attacks and falling being the diagonal attacks.
Now it seems as if it's more to do with the height? If you're low enough you essentially do a grounded wall-attack but above ground, and it doesn't matter whether you're rising or falling. Am I understanding it correctly now?
ADDITIONAL
It's worth noting there should be a distinction between low wall attacks and grounded wall attacks because of Soup Grabs, the outcome is different between the two.
Not that anyone would do a low wall attack Soup Grab because that shit's impossible.

As a Robin Hood player I thought this was just common knowledge tbh, it's all dependent on the height above whatever platform you're on, and that height is super important to know when you're using a character hose neutral game is based heavily on wall attacks. Also Luna's grounded wall attack is garbage.

How do you even do a Wall Attack Soup Grab? I can't do it. Short answer: With difficulty. Less short answer: Similar to dashes/aerial dashes, it's all about the timing between the grab/direction press and the A press. Defeatist answer: Nobody will ever land one in tournament.

I'm trying to do it because of collecting Soup Grab data for the wiki.

- Grab when near wall. - Hold control stick towards wall. - Press A.
As long as you get all those moves in within the Soup Grab window you'll pull it off.
