I'd say above the age of consent but below the age at which it's legal to own a sexual image of them. That weird "touch but don't look" age range.

There's a trope on the website TV Tropes named 'B*tch in Sheep's Clothing'. You meet someone you think is a really nice guy/girl, thinking that they'll be just as warm-hearted and cool as they are on camera. However, something happens to show their true colors, revealing an immature brat, total jerkass, or even outright villain.
