Tried running them before but to no avail, despite turning cheats on in the Nintendont settings. Is there something I'm missing here? Does it even work in the first place?

Yes it works. Where have you placed the gecko codes? Remember we're using the NTSC version of the game. (WE ARE NOT ENCOUARING PIRACY!!!!!111)

Have you used codes with other games before?
Remember you need kenobiwii.bin on the SD card. Also doublecheck that you have the right GAME ID for SuperSlam ISO (which YOU AHVE NOT PIRATAED!!!!1111)

Lmao its kinda frustrating first time. Have you placed the kenobiwii.bin on the root of the SD card? If you dont have the file i dont know where to find it, cause the original upload of the file is broken :/
EDIT: The Game ID is not what you said lol, it's G2RE52.
