Would there still be some stages banned from tournaments, due to awkward stage layout, the stage being too big, circle camping or one character having a huge advantage against almost everyone else on a specific stage?

Giant's Table would probably become banned without items because of how big and cluttered it is compared to other stages that would become legal. Gingerbread Hizzle, Mongo and Bell Tower would still be banned, although I could see Kung Fu Dojo being legal with items off (presumably replacing Giant's Table as a large stage). Mine Cart's legality would no longer be disputed. Not sure about Poison Apple Inn, tho.

the last map idk how it's called should stay banned because it's filled with fucking items that fuck with your movement which probably makes rrh's projectile game better

The Trophies in Far Far Away Tower have weird collision boxes that extend above their actual model. This means when they fall over onto their side, it creates invisible barriers that indeed fucks with movement.
