Played about a bit to try and see what the four-legged fuss was all about. Absolutely loved it.
Mobility: HOLY SHIT, Dronkey's crumpet dash is ridiculous. If you Murtag drop early then you can shield slide along the ground, and leaving it later still gives good room for mix-ups, swoocing and whatever. I'm fairly sure there's even a point in the crumpet dash where you can Murtag drop and input another dash higher than you started. Truly blown away.
Souped Anti-Air: As I'd mentioned in the Soup Grab thread (but subsequently completely forgot about), the souped anti-air takes Dronkey into the air. This leaves two really nice options:
(i) Combo into A/B aerial. It's a nice option which doesn't really hurt if it lands in the air, although I find that it often will not hit in the air and you have to wait until the opponent lands. They usually have time to mash out, but especially on smaller maps like Beanstalk it seems to hit fairly reliably.
(ii) Land into anti-air popup. Not much to say; opponent is in blue-stun on the floor afterwards, this is basically a free hit.
(iii) Both. Landing the A/B aerial in the air has a decent chance (esp. on Beanstalk, Mine Cart, maybe parts of Fat Boy) of landing them close to you for free anti-air.
Grounded Dash Attack: The flames behind it seem to have a lasting hitbox. If you dash over a blue-stunned opponent, then I've found that it usually hits if they attempt to mash out. Fairly negligible damage, but I'm not really sure what other follow-ups you can use once you've used up your one anti-air (Aerial B?).
Ass Laser: No practical difference from the un-ogremented combo as far as I can tell, but it feels more disrespectful, so you should basically always do this instead of vanilla.
Sure none of this is particularly original, but I felt an urge to share how much fun Dronkey is.
