Anthrax's slam is too slow to hit on larger stages. Luna's is faster and, it least from what I've seen, becomes easier to hit than Anthrax's once you realize that you can change her vertical height with the c-stick and that the move leaves hitboxes below her as well as behind her. They're both bad though imo. G-nomes is probably easier to hit than both of them put together and it's basically the same slam, just faster.

Anthrax's slam is the only reason I win sometimes xD You form a wall of homing clouds then proceed to terminator your way towards the opponent, any clouds that don't hit can linger and provide free hit stun if the opponent returns to the field fast enough. That and A-A-A fills the slam bar like half for some reason.

If that's the case, you should try picking up a character whose slam isn't molasses. You might do even better. Seriously tho Luna is my waifu she has to be top tier. Pls.

I personally think Anthrax's slam is the best in the game, but Toast's list looks solid. I quite like Humpty though, I feel like he's too low but eh. Luna's slam seems pretty easy to avoid by jumping on a platform? I'm probably just bad haha.

It seems that way at first but it amazes me how long it takes most people to realize how easy it is to control the height of Luna's slam. My crew and I all messed around with Anthrax and her slam just wasn't fast enough. Any character with decent air options can just run away from it.

As far as I understand it, Anthrax's slam is extremely good, almost unmissable. This is going based off what Zero Suit Salt and Kirby have said about it. While she does not run as fast as Donkey, the clouds she creates allows for some mean trapping, and they could even be used to set up combos, possibly.
