It's no secret that Luna has amazing zoning and mobility, but her biggest flaw has always been her lack of damage output. I've been really working with her lately and I've found some setups that I think could help alleviate this problem.
First, her dash attack. Not airdash, but her actual grounded dash. It has no cooldown and can be cancelled into pretty much any move. It also has an insane amount of hitstun for seemingly no reason, and guarantees pretty much any followup, making it extremely useful for approaches and combos.
Second, her souper grabs. Luna has several really great souper grab options that all grant reliable followups (something she didn't always get off of her throws before.) Her anti-air souper grab does a letter of Slam and leaves the opponent in knockdown right next to Luna for an aerial followup. Her B souper grab seems at first like it won't connect, but by immediately throwing the opponent it can be made to connect, which not only increases the damage output of the throw, but it cancels the knockback momentum, again leaving the opponent in a perfect position for a followup. Her aerial souper grab allows her to land next to the opponent for potential followups. Lastly, her souped AABB hits much more reliably than the standard AABB and deals around half a Slam meter.

I'm not sold on her soup'd-B-to-throw; it seems like a strictly inferior option to the soup'd anti-air. The only difference I can think of is that occasionally the opponent will not be knocked down and could therefore be comboed further, but I've been unable to get this effect reliably. Overall I'm very impressed with the options the soup has presented her with though.

With the souped anti air, it's much more difficult to predict exactly where the opponent will fall relative to Luna, whereas the souped B to throw will always leave the opponent directly in front of Luna. It's more reliable, but does less damage. Plus, if we can figure out how to make sure that the souped B leaves the opponent out of knockdown it could lead into other combos.
