I wonder what caused Charming's big drop. Still nice to see Anthrax in the top 10 though. I was also wondering about this. I had seen him higher in recent tiers, though I also haven't seen him played very often.

I hope someone's keeping copies of the rulesets and stagelists for historical references...

Quabbling is broken Also Fiona's damage output is great and her CD is almost as good as Gingy and Dronkey's CD Is Quabbling actually legal then? The current ruleset still prohibits infinites, unless I've misinterpreted it. Quabbling isn't infinite because they are pushed away far enough for a whiff after 4 hits.

Someone really should test out how practical it is to mash out if Quasi tries to step forward mid-quabble. That's what makes the difference between whether or not the move is broken. As long as Quasi is feeling the beat, I think it should count as a single attack, since that's intentionally programmed into the game and even referenced in an in-game hint. But the moment he breaks rhythm it's a separate attack, and thus is banned if testing shows that the opponent can't reasonably break out.

I only ever quabble in the stepping rhythm, and I've never had it broken by a CPU. Even if the player does manage to mash out in time, they'd need a few more frames to dodge the incoming attack anyway. I'm gonna call infinite.

I'm also legitimately surprised to see that Cyclops isn't in a tier of his own at the bottom of the list.

id like to get into this game competitively on the pc, is there online for it? Certainly. We use Dolphin on the PC to emulate the Gamecube version of the game and play on netplay.

Excuse me? Shrek so low? You obviously haven't seen his frame data. He frame data is better than the other frame data. What makes you think he bad? pls help atm Shrek is considered the worst in the game. Arguably worst slam in the game, awful mobility, huge hurtbox, no combos at all, slow frame data, he's incredibly bad.
